Reservation Interface Between the CRS and PMS
Once a reservation is received from the CRS and is visible in Stayntouch Cloud PMS, the PMS becomes the holder of information, and therefore, all changes/updates should be made in the PMS. If there is a cancellation submitted via the CRS, the information will be passed onto the PMS and vice versa—any cancellation made in the PMS will be passed back to the CRS.
There is an exception for TravelClick, which sometimes displays an error message when reinstating Stayntouch Cloud PMS reservations. Please see this article for information about the interface between TravelClick and Stayntouch Cloud PMS and troubleshooting failed reservation transfers.
