Completing a Preauthorization

To take money that has already been preauthorized, navigate to billing and use the wallet icon to take a payment.

If you know you want to take the money as soon as the payment is preauthorized (either before the stay or at arrival), you can either take a deposit payment (prior to stay) or just process the payment on billing after check-in. 

Please note, preauthorization is only reserving the funds on the card, not charging it. So, for example, if the pre-authorization is done for 100.00, and then you take a payment for 150.00 on the billing screen, the 100.00 pre-authorization value should be used, and then another 50.00 processed directly on the card (this is all one transaction, however, and you should not have to release the authorization manually).
