It’s time to get excited! At the end of February, you’ll notice a few improvements to Stayntouch PMS. After much-anticipated excitement about the new Dashboard Enhancements or Auto-Populate City & State Based On Postal Code, we’ll be launching these features to all of our customers! In order to familiarize yourself with these new functionalities, we highly recommend you review the explanations below to ensure you know what to expect from these changes. We’ve made some much-requested updates to the Dashboard search functionality and made it easier to view past, present, and future reservations for your property!
With these enhancements, it is also possible to print registration cards for future dates.
Additionally, for reservations with additional guests, a new section under the reservation search result displays a label With X additional: plus the names of additional guests along with the appropriate icon.
Auto-Populate City & State Based On Postal Code:
You can now auto-populate city and state based on the postal code entered on a Guest Card and Company/Travel Agent Card!
When a user enters the country and postal/ZIP code on a Guest Card or Company/Travel Agent Card, the following functionality will apply:
State is automatically completed based on location service used
City is automatically completed based on location service used
State can be edited by user after auto-populated
City can be edited by user after auto-populated
If previous data is present, fields are overwritten
