It’s time to get excited! At the end of May, you’ll notice a few improvements to Stayntouch PMS. After much-anticipated excitement about the all new notes and actions, Out Of Inventory Room Status, and Split Charges Equally Routing, we’ll be launching these features to all of our customers! In order to familiarize yourself with these new functionalities, we highly recommend you review the above links to ensure you know what to expect from these changes. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support for more information about these changes. We’ll be making weekly reminders leading up to this change to make sure this is at top of mind.
Below are the dates this change will be implemented:
The notes and actions sections on the stay card have now been moved to the left side of the screen to easily identify notes and actions for a reservation.
Eliminates the need to click on the respective sections to open and view any notes or actions.
Users can change a note to an alert to have a more prominent display on top of the stay card.

Out Of Inventory Room Status:
Remove specific rooms/room numbers from the hotel’s inventory.
Disable rooms permanently or for a period of time (from midnight to midnight).
Split Charges Equally Routing
You can now split charges equally amongst accompanying guests within the same reservation.
Hotels can set up routing instructions with one or more accompanying guests attached to the reservation.
