IBE - Support for Hidden Rates Accessed via Contract Access Code or Promo Code
Along these lines... Based on the current logic, rates will always display, the promo code just gives you the discount. We don't want to just get a discount off BAR, for statistical reasons we want a special wedding rate code returned for tracking purposes. Reporting on promo codes would also be helpful.
same logic as in the core PMS functionality would be nice.
Race Brook Lodge and Americana Motor Hotel are also requesting this functionality.
Allegria Hotel would also like this functionality. They would use it for their courtesy wedding rates where they do not want to offer a traditional block with inventory that needs to be managed.
I agree this is a functionality that is important for our hotel and others that have multiple corporate negotiated accounts. Ease of online booking for a company is key to increased revenue. All of the major brands offer this functionality and it is disappointing that this is not currently an option with SNT. According to this Knowledge Base this is a functionality with Group Blocks. Group Booking Link on IBE: https://stayntouch.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/24000088926-stayntouch-ibe-group-bookings-booking-link I would assume allowing Corporate accounts to book on the IBE would be a similar process.

With Stayntouch IBE, currently, if a rate is mapped to it via Rates --> Channel Manager, it is publicly available by default. We would like to see support for hidden/non public rates that can only be accessed via a configured Contract Access Code or Promotion Code.
Additionally, we would like the Company / TA Card that the contract access code is associated with to flow into the reservation in the PMS when booked on the IBE.
