Stayntouch PMS Stayntouch IBE: Group Bookings & Booking Link
Once a group is created in Stayntouch PMS, the group rate has to be added from Settings > Rates > Channel Managers > Internet Booking Engine; otherwise, the rate will not be found on Stayntouch IBE.
If a rate is not marked as PUBLIC, it will not show for regular customers to book. From here, the group code set up in Stayntouch PMS can be used on the website to find the group rooms.
The correct date range needs to be selected; otherwise, the group rate will not show.
To send a booking link directly to the customer, you can send the following URL, as this has the date range and group code included: https://demohotel.ibe.
Please note, this will include a standard filter for the number of adults, but this can be adjusted by the customer by using the filters on the left side of the search page.
If a Custom Group Rate is set up for your property, this functionality also works with the IBE. Once the group is set up, the rate will display on Stayntouch IBE immediately.
