How to Resend a Cancellation Email

In situations where a guest cancels their reservation and needs the cancellation email re-sent or sent to a new email address, Rover now has a simple solution for resending a cancellation from the Stay Card. 

Step 1. Retrieve the Reservation 
  • Locate the cancelled reservation in Rover by searching for the guest in the Search Bar. (Either search by the guest's name or confirmation number.
  • Select the reservation to open up the guest's Stay Card.


Step 2. Select Cancellation 

  • Click the Cancellation button on the right side of the Stay Card. 


Step 3. Enter Email & Click to Resend 

  • Enter the email address to which you'd like the email confirmation to be forwarded.
  • Click the Email Cancellation button.
