How to Resend a Cancellation Email

 

In situations where a guest cancels their reservation and needs the cancellation email re-sent or sent to a new email address, Stayntouch PMS now has a simple solution for resending a cancellation from the stay card. 

 

STEP 1. RETRIEVE THE RESERVATION

  • Locate the cancelled reservation in Stayntouch PMS by searching for the guest in the search bar. (Either search by the guest's name or confirmation number.)
  • Select the reservation to open up the guest's stay card. 


 

STEP 2. CLICK THE CANCELLATION BUTTON

  • Click the CANCELLATION button on the right side of the stay card.



STEP 3. ENTER EMAIL & CLICK RESEND

  • Enter the email address to which you'd like the email confirmation to be sent.
  • Click the SEND EMAIL button.
