How to Resend a Cancellation Email
In situations where a guest cancels their reservation and needs the cancellation email re-sent or sent to a new email address, Stayntouch PMS now has a simple solution for resending a cancellation from the stay card.
STEP 1. RETRIEVE THE RESERVATION
- Locate the cancelled reservation in Stayntouch PMS by searching for the guest in the search bar. (Either search by the guest's name or confirmation number.)
- Select the reservation to open up the guest's stay card.
STEP 2. CLICK THE CANCELLATION BUTTON
- Click the CANCELLATION button on the right side of the stay card.
STEP 3. ENTER EMAIL & CLICK RESEND
- Enter the email address to which you'd like the email confirmation to be sent.
- Click the SEND EMAIL button.
