Admin Glossary

Stayntouch Admin: The panel that is accessed by using the special admin login (whether in Release, Development, or Production environments) in Stayntouch PMS. This panel is used to create new hotels and administer certain settings that are only controlled by Stay personnel. Customers do not have access to this control panel.

Hotel Admin: The settings menu that is accessed after logging in to a specific hotel. Users with appropriate permissions access Hotel Admin by clicking the Settings tab and then the Settings button in the Stayntouch PMS menu. Customers access property-specific settings that activate various features or configure daily operations.

Menu Tab: The three horizontal line icon that expands for access to menu options. This is also referred to as the drawer/hamburger icon.
