Retrieve Guest Signature on File

Enter the guest's name or confirmation number in the search bar and change the calendar FROM date to the appropriate past date. Then select the guest file to open the stay card.

From the stay card, select BILL & CHARGES.

On the Guest Bill page, expand the signature icon to retrieve and view the signature with the date and time.
