Sign Out of Stayntouch PMS


To ensure that the next Stayntouch PMS user logs in using their own user name and password, make it a regular practice to sign out. This way, another user's transactions will not be logged as yours.


To sign out, go to the Stayntouch PMS menu icon located at the top left and select Sign Out.



Otherwise, Stayntouch PMS will log out a user when idle for more than the specified number of minutes on the Hotel Details page. A Hotel Admin user can access and update the number of minutes by following the steps below:

  • Navigate to Settings > Hotel Details.
  • Update the number of minutes in the AUTO LOGOUT DELAY [MINUTES] field.
  • Select SAVE CHANGES.
