Activate New User Login


After a new user has been created by a Hotel Admin user, they will receive an email from no-reply@stayntouch.com titled "From Stayntouch: Welcome to Stayntouch PMS. Please activate your user account." with a link and username (the user's email address). To activate the Stayntouch PMS account, the new user will need to: 

  • Click on the link in the email
  • Enter their email address as their username
  • Create a password
  • Confirm the password by reentering it


Once a new user has created their password and logged into Stayntouch PMS, their account will change from inactive to active. This login will be good for a set number of days (usually 90 days).
