After a new user has been created by a Hotel Admin, he/she will receive an email from email@example.com titled "From StayNTouch: Welcome to Rover. Please activate your user account" with a link and username (the user's email address). To activate the Rover account, the new user will need to:
- Click on the link in the email
- Enter their email address as their Username
- Create a password
- Confirm the password by reentering it
Once a new user has created their password and logged into Rover, their account will change from inactive to active status. This login will be good for a set number (usually 90) of days.
