Unifi Access is an access control platform of Ubiquiti. Capital Network developed this integration. When a guest checks in, the integration automatically creates a UniFi Access guest profile, assigns elevator and floor policies matching the guest's room, and activates the front desk reader for card enrollment, all without front desk intervention. Departure time changes and room moves update the guest's access profile in real time. At check-out, the profile and all linked key cards are deactivated and deleted.
