ValetBridge is the AI-powered integration hub that connects on-property service providers to Stayntouch, starting with valet and parking. When a guest hands over their keys, the valet team looks up the reservation, confirms the guest, and the parking charge posts straight to the guest folio. No handwritten tickets, no manual postings at the front desk, and no end of day reconciliation.
ValetBridge is a certified Stayntouch integration. There is no cost to the hotel: your parking provider subscribes to ValetBridge, and your property connects with your existing Stayntouch credentials. If your valet operator already uses ValetBridge, your hotel can be live quickly. If they do not, introduce them to us, and we will take it from there.

The people who benefit are the front desk and night audit teams (no manual parking postings or reconciliation), the finance team (accurate folio charges with a reference number on every posting), and the hotel IT or PMS administrator, who provides the Stayntouch credentials once during setup.
