Venli

Venli is an AI Agent Management System (AMS) for hotels. It provides a staff-facing Copilot for everyday PMS tasks, Guest Agents that handle guest communication across web, WhatsApp, SMS, and voice, and Background Agents that run scheduled operational workflows. All requests are on-demand, triggered by staff or guest interactions. Every write to the PMS is prepared by Venli and held for staff approval before being sent; once approved, the change is confirmed with a read-back. Hotel reference data is cached and refreshed. Charge posting, payment methods, deposits, add-ons, and housekeeping are not part of this integration.
