FLAvoice

FLAvoice, developed by GlobalBHS, is a PBX integration middleware that connects hotel telephone systems to the PMS. It receives guest check-in, room move, guest data change, and check-out events from Stayntouch via webhooks and uses them to program the PBX in real time—enabling telephone credit assignment, do-not-disturb, language settings, and room availability for outside calls. In the opposite direction, FLAvoice posts telephone charges, minibar consumption recorded by housekeepers via phone, and room housekeeping status updates directly to the guest folio in Stayntouch (restrict post is supported).
