Stayntouch PMS TigerTMS
TigerTMS iLink is a hospitality integration middleware that connects Stayntouch to the hotel's guest-facing systems—telephone systems, voicemail, call accounting, IPTV, WiFi, energy management, housekeeping solution, and AI voice agents. It pulls reservations and uses it to open and close room phones, program handsets and TVs with the guest's name and language, and control line barring and voicemail. iLink posts telephone call charges and minibar charges to the guest folio, and updates housekeeping room status when staff dial a code from the room phone or use the housekeeping solution.
