Distech Controls

Distech Controls through Niagara platform is a building management system (BMS) developed by Bosch Building Technologies. It connects to Stayntouch to monitor room occupancy in real-time and automatically switches HVAC setpoints between occupied and unoccupied modes—reducing energy consumption in vacant guest rooms. Check-in and check-out webhook events drive the occupancy state; an initial room list fetch provides the baseline room inventory.
