The Guestbook

The Guestbook is a cash rewards loyalty program for independent and boutique hotels. It connects to Stayntouch via webhooks to automatically reconcile eligible stays and process guest rewards—5% cash back on direct bookings, redeemable as cash, a future stay credit, or a charitable donation. Guest profile updates and GDPR erasure requests are handled directly from webhook payloads without additional API calls. A daily reconciliation poll serves as a backstop for any missed webhook deliveries.
