It answers the property's telephone in natural conversation, queries live availability and rates directly from Stayntouch, and books, modifies, or cancels the reservation on the call—no front-desk agent required. A pay-by-link step texts the guest the property's hosted payment page during the call, guaranteeing telephone bookings without card data being handled by the integration at any point. A daily reference-data refresh and webhook-driven updates ensure rate and reservation data stays current with no polling.
