Grevon is an AI platform for accommodation operators built on a live, structured view of the property (Grevon Kore). Pulse is the website AI agent that searches availability and takes guests through to a confirmed booking in a single conversation. Echo is the AI voice agent on the phone line, available 24/7, with the same booking and knowledge capabilities as Pulse. Ops surfaces internal knowledge to hotel staff on demand. Grevon keeps local availability via data through webhooks as well as live availability and writes reservations, guest profiles, add-on upsells, and reservation notes back to the PMS.
