EvenBook

EvenBook is a rental rotation platform for condo-hotels, resorts, and hotel rental programs managing owner-controlled units. It reads room type, room, and reservation data from Stayntouch to build an explainable rotation queue that shows each room's relative rental revenue position. Based on the rules in place, the suitable room is identified, and the room assignment is pushed to the PMS reservation. Webhooks keep reservation and room snapshots current, with a daily fallback sync.
