Auctores

Auctores is not an RMS, but a solution that focuses on supply. Its algorithm provides recommendations on overbooking based on cancellation, pickup, and no shows trends. If the hotel accepts the recommendation, Auctores pushes the sell limits to the PMS. This solution can coexist with an RMS that focuses on price and restriction recommendations, which are out of the scope of Auctores.

After an initial/onboarding pull of reservations and hotel data, the team updates room prices.
