eGiftify

eGiftify is a white-label omni-channel digital gifting, loyalty, and engagement solution. This integration supports only the redemption of eGiftify gift cards and can be used globally by hotels using the eGiftify solution.

This integration supports only the redemption of physical and digital gift cards.

Pull reservation and guest information: The merchant looks up reservations by name, room, or confirmation number.
Push a transaction to the room: From the eGiftify platform, the merchant routes to the room the redemption of a gift card for reservations with status=CHECKEDIN, RESERVED. The CHECKEDOUT status is supported if the due balance is higher than 0.00. The redemption value is displayed as a payment transaction.
Push a transaction rebate to the room: From the eGiftify platform, the merchant rebates a previously-redeemed gift card. Partial rebates are not supported.
The toggle restrict_flag is supported.
The validation and management of the gift cards occurs in the eGiftify platform.

Configuration:

eGiftify resolves charge code name to numeric ID and maps it.

WEBHOOK USAGE

There are no webhooks in use.
