APRO Kassensysteme

APRO Kassensysteme is a POS that supports F&B operations. The integration supports seamless sending of transactions to the room.

• Pull reservation and guest information and do a look up in the POS by name and room.
• Push F&B sales transaction to the room for checked in guests with toggle restrict_post off.
  • The partner sends an itemized transactions list. The reference text contains the item name; the reference number is also used to indicate the POS check number.
  • Only full discount is supported.
• Passerby or Non-Residential charges are not supported by this integration.

The integration can be used globally.

CONGRATULATIONS

• The hotel needs to indicate the charge code description, and the partner maps Stayntouch charge code IDs to their product category.
• Taxes – The default setting is that the partner sends tax inclusive transaction values; the product is distributed mainly in tax inclusive countries.

WEBHOOK USAGE

• There are no webhooks in use.
