To configure For-Sight interface exports, first navigate to Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE > Select Clairvoyix Reservations Export. Once you have selected the export, make sure the following parameters are configured as indicated in the text below. The parameters not indicated in the text below can be set as desired.
Export Parameters
- TIME PERIOD: Today
Schedule Details
- REPEATS: Daily
- REPEATS EVERY: 1 Day
Distribution List
- DELIVERY METHOD: SFTP
In addition to the Clairvoyix Reservations Export, you will also need to schedule the Clairvoyix Stays Export from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE > Clairvoyix Stays Export. Once you have selected the export, make sure the following parameters are configured as indicated in the text below. The parameters not indicated in the text below can be set as desired.
