LollyPOS

LollyPOS is an EPOS that supports F&B operations. The integration supports seamless sending of transactions to the room.

• Pull reservation and guest information and perform a look up in the POS by name, confirmation number, and room.
• Push F&B sales transaction to the room for checked in guests with toggle restrict_post off.
  • LollyPOS sends itemized transactions. The reference text contains the till code as per its setting on HQ. The reference number is also used.
  • Full and partial discount is supported.
• Passerby or non-residential charges are not supported in this integration. Based on requests, it can be added in the future.

Configuration:

• LollyPOS maps the charge codes.
• Taxes: By default, LollyPOS does not send the taxes, and Stayntouch PMS calculates them. However, if required, LollyPOS can send the taxes (this will require a dedicated charge code with no tax rules in the PMS).

The integration can be used globally.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS
