Stayntouch IBE URL Steps

Stayntouch needs the following information so the URL to be embedded on your website can be created:

The link of your current website
Hotel logo (preferably in PNG)
Banner image for the booking page (this is usually the same image as on your own website for consistency, but this is up to you). The specs are: Preferably JPG, size specs: height 750 pixels, width 1920 pixels.
The terms and conditions you would like the customer to agree to when booking

Additionally, please pass on the document in this link to your website developers or connect Natasja Lek (natasja.lek@stayntouch.com) with them, so they can confirm passing of the required parameters.

In the meantime, please ensure the following steps are taken, so the PMS is ready, as well (room and rate set up will be discussed during configuration sessions):

Can you please add pictures to the room types (Settings > Rooms > Room Types). We recommend the format be JPEG format, sized at 905 x 540 pixels, ideally under 200K.
Once the rates have been created in Stayntouch, please let Natasja Lek know which ones you would like to display on the booking engine. These rates can be added via Settings > Rates > Channel Manager > IBE, but we can add them for you if you'd like.
