Our new Promotions Production Report (Reports > New Report) gives hotel sales teams a powerful, at-a-glance view of promo code usage across reservations and room nights, helping you measure true promotion performance with ease.

What’s New

Comprehensive Promo Tracking: See all promo codes used within your selected date range—including active, inactive, or all promos—along with start/end dates, discount details, and total reservations and room nights generated.
Rate-Level Visibility: Every promotion breaks down its associated rate codes, showing exactly how many reservations and nights each rate contributed.
Chain Promo Indicator: If a promo is configured at the chain level, a chain icon appears next to the promo name for quick identification.
Flexible Report Controls: Filter by date range (default last 7 days), promo status, and sort options.
Clear, Informative Header: Each report includes total promo count, total nights, and total reservations for instant context.
Clean Pagination: Up to 50 promotions per page for easy reading.
Export & Schedule: The report is currently available in PDF and CSV formats, and will soon be available via scheduled reports for effortless analysis and sharing.
