View Summary Statistics By Chain Or Property Group
You can view SUMMARY statistics by chain or property group from the Statistics tab of the Guest Card and Company/Travel Agent Card. The following statistics can be viewed by chain or property group:
- Stays
- Nights
- Cancellations
- No Shows
- Average Daily Rate (ADR)
- Room Revenue
- Total Revenue
Guest Card
Company Card
Travel Agent Card
Please note, pagination is in place for these statistics.
Multi-Property Guest Card Note Sharing
Multi-Property users can view all guest card notes for all properties set up within a chain (as long as the user has access to those properties). Please note, users can only add, edit, and/or delete notes for their home property. They will only be able to view notes from other properties within the chain. Notes are marked according to which property added the note.
