Multi-Property: Reservation Search

Multi-Property users can search for past, present, and future reservations across all hotels in a chain from the new Reservations tab. The following parameters apply:

Users can search by name, email, and confirmation number.
Users can search by “Starts with” and “Contains”.
Users can filter based on reservation status.
Users can select individual hotels to search across.

When you click on a reservation, you navigate into the property of that reservation. Moreover, based on your user permissions, you may be able to edit the reservation.

Note: When logged in as a service provider user, when clicking on the Reservations tab, the user must select the chain where they wish to search for the reservation.

Please note, the Reservations tab needs to be activated by Stayntouch Admin, so please contact Customer Support to have this enabled.
