[NEW!] Copy Existing Group Details For Faster Group Creation

Full Description for Article: You can now copy an existing group’s (Groups > Manage Groups) details to quickly create a new group—perfect for repeating or returning guests! A new DUPLICATE button is now available on all groups (past, current, or future). When clicked, it opens a new group creation screen pre-filled with key details from the selected group, including:

• Group Name
• Contact Information (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email)
• Nationality, Country, & Demographics
• Company/Travel Agent

Smart Rate Handling:

• If the original group used a custom rate, the RATE dropdown will automatically select Custom.
• If the group uses a configured rate, the RATE dropdown will default to Select Rate.

All fields remain fully editable before saving—keeping your workflow flexible and efficient.
