[NEW!] Passerby Account Interface Enhancements

We’ve streamlined the passerby account experience to help hotel staff quickly find the right information without unnecessary clutter and with clearer bill statuses.

Smarter Date Display in Sidebar

• The left sidebar now only shows dates with passerby bills, removing irrelevant entries.
• Missing date ranges are clearly marked with a solid line separator, so you can instantly recognize gaps in billing activity.
• Dates without bills are hidden, keeping the view focused and easy to scan.
   

Clearer Void/Voided Bill Status

• Bills with VOID or VOIDED status now show this label prominently next to the invoice number.
• When navigating between void and voided bills, an informational message appears to clarify search results and status changes.
• The VOID button is hidden when viewing a void or voided bill, eliminating confusion.
• Status information is always immediately visible—no extra clicks required.
   

Improved Search Messaging

• When searching, the yellow info box now reads: “Show transactions in all months matching XXXXX” (replacing “Show all transactions”).
• Search results for void bills now include both VOID and VOIDED links for better navigation.
