Virtua Mobility

Virtua Mobility is a platform to manage ride hailing services using providers such as Uber and Bolt. The user of the platform is mainly the concierge, however an app is also available.

• Look up the reservation by room; pull the reservation and guest information.
• Push the ride service transaction to the reservation with status checked in and toggle restrict_post off.
• Refunds are not supported.
