Stayntouch PMS Dashboard Overview
At the top center of the dashboard, you'll find the search bar, which allows you to search by name, group, travel agent, company, room number, or confirmation number.
On the dashboard, you'll find various color-coded tiles for the different types of reservations.
1. ARRIVALS: These are shown in green and include guests due to arrive at the hotel.
2. MOBILE CHECK-IN: These are shown in orange and include guests who have pre-checked in on a mobile device.
3. QUEUED: These are shown in white and include guests for which you don't have a room available yet.
4. STAYOVERS: These show in blue and include guests who are currently in-house.
5. DEPARTURES: These are red and include guests due to depart from the hotel.
6. CHECKED OUT WITH BALANCE: These show in red and include guests who have been checked out of their room, but have not settled their folio.
7. LATE CHECK-OUT: These are also shown in red and include guests that have purchased a late check-out upsell.
8. VIPS: These show in yellow and include all VIP guests active for the day. This includes VIPs due to arrive, in-house, or due to check out.
The list can also be printed using the print icon in the top right corner.
