Stayntouch PMS Housekeeping Dashboard
The Housekeeping Dashboard provides a dynamic, up-to-date overview of your property's current housekeeping status. Users can select tiles that will show the current list of rooms by housekeeping status, such as stayovers that are dirty or clean, as well as departures that are dirty or clean. If you click into any tile in the ROOMS section, the list for today will show.
From here, it is possible to switch between task and room.
The list can also be printed using the print button in the top right corner of the screen.
Below rooms on the Housekeeping Dashboard, a user can also review the arrivals, stayovers, and departures for today, tomorrow, and the following day. Guest information shows below occupancy, but this will be informational. The tiles do not open.
You can search for a particular room number from the search bar at the top of the Housekeeping Dashboard.
By clicking on the room, it will take you to the Room Status screen. The housekeeper will be able to start and stop their task from here.
