Front Desk Dashboard
At the top center of the screen, you can see which dashboard a user is logging in with, the Front Desk Dashboard in this example. You will see the name of the property, along with the business date, and the user currently logged in. The hotel logo will display at the top right of the screen.
Directly below this is the search bar, which allows you to search by name, group, room number, or confirmation number.
Using the percentage sign three times will show all reservations from today onward. The reservation first and last name will appear, together with any associated company or travel agent card or group. The blue circle indicates how many times a customer has stayed in the hotel.
Different symbols are used throughout Stayntouch PMS. A blue box with a white circle is an in-house reservation, a departure is indicated in red with an arrow, an arrival for today displays in green with an arrow, whereas a future arrival is just green.
The dark gray symbol with an X means the reservation has been cancelled.
A blank red square will appear if the guest has already checked out. And lastly, the light gray symbol shows if a guest had a reservation at the property, but they no showed.
You can also filter by ROOM TYPE, or get even more specific and choose a particular stay date range.
When clicking the menu icon on the top left of the screen, you will find various menu areas, each of which are covered in separate articles.
To pull up the Availability screen for your hotel, click the icon at the top right of the screen. This screen is also discussed in greater detail in a separate article.
You can also create a reservation from the Front Desk Dashboard by selecting the green + NEW button.
