
Country Settings
When a user selects the guest or entity's country in their card's address details, the dropdown list, by default, displays all countries in alphabetical order. If your guests primarily hail from countries lower on the list, it can take precious moments to find the right country. Stayntouch has a country sort order option to speed up this process for your end users.
To enable this, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Countries.
Here, you can add and sort your list of desired countries to appear at the top of the dropdown. To start, click the green + ADD button toward the top left of the screen.

Use the COUNTRY dropdown to select a country you wish to appear at the top of the list of countries.

Click the green SAVE CHANGES button. The country was added to the list. If you want to add more countries, you can do so now by clicking the green + ADD button again and repeating that process until your list is complete.



In this example, I've added two countries that my hotel frequently has visitors from.
Now, enable Sort Order. This will ensure they appear at the top of the country dropdown list when entering address details for guests and other entities.
If you wish for the countries to appear in a different order, simply click and hold the move icon to the left of the country name with your mouse, drag it to the desired position, and then drop it.
With countries added and sort order enabled, you can see that that the added countries now appear in that order at the top of the COUNTRY dropdown when entering address details.
To remove a country from the list, simply click the red X to the right of it.
