Connect Company/Travel Agent Cards To CRS


To connect a company or travel agent card with a CRS, navigate to Revenue Management > Company & TA Cards.


Click on the menu icon in the navigation bar.


Select "Revenue Management" from the sidebar menu.


Choose "Company & TA Cards" from the dropdown menu.


Enter the company or travel agent name in the search bar.


Enter the company name in the search field.


When you see the company or travel agent you are looking for, click on it to edit.


When you see the company you are looking for, click on it to edit.


From the card, view the CORPORATE ID field under Extended Company Details.


In the form, view the "Corporate ID" field under Extended Company Details.


Make sure the CORPORATE ID is exactly the same as the company code in the profile you have in your CRS.



Click << FIND CARDS to go back to the Find Cards screen.


Click on "Find Cards" in the navigation bar to go BACK.
