VenueLytics by Sojern provides a Guest Experience Solution (GES) that is composed of three products:

  • AI Concierge to communicate with guests using AI and two-way guest messaging
  • Reputation Manager & Guest Relations Management – To increase hotels' NPS scores by supporting both online and in-stay reviews and surveys
  • Guest Marketing Suite – A CRM solution for hotels using email, SMS/WhatsApp marketing along with personalized targeting for upsell and ancillary revenue


This integration can be used globally.


Supported Features:

  • Fetch hotel data, such as rooms, rates, reservation details, and guest data.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

  • Implementations/CSM will generate API OAuth keys.
  • Once credentials are generated, Stayntouch will send them to Sojern.
