Stayntouch Guest Kiosk Check-Out Settings

To manage Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-out settings, navigate to Settings > Kiosk > Check Out.

In the navigation bar, click on "Kiosk."

Select "Check Out" from the Kiosk options.

The KEYCARD LOOKUP feature is no longer supported.

The option "Keycard Lookup" is no longer supported.

Under Guest bill delivery options, you can choose to have the guest update their email address to send the invoice to before sending or print.

The "Guest bill delivery options" allow to update the email address to send the invoice to before sending.

Enabling COLLECT BALANCE will send any amount due to the payment device instead of charging the card on file.

"Collect Balance" will send any amount due to the payment device instead of charging the card on file.

The GUEST CHARGES toggle allows guests to add items they had from the minibar the evening before to their bill by themselves.

The "Guest Charges" option allow guest to add items they had from the minibar the evening before to their bill by themselves.

Items that you want to be sold can be moved from AVAILABLE ITEMS to ALLOWED ITEMS.

The items can be selected or deselected from that option.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the updates.
