Stayntouch Guest Kiosk Check-In Settings


To manage Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-in settings, navigate to Settings > Kiosk > Check In.


Click on "Kiosk" in the navigation bar.


Select "Check In" from the Kiosk options.


From Registration Card Delivery Options, you can choose whether the registration card will be emailed to the guest, printed, or auto-printed.


Click on "Registration Card Delivery Options". The registration card is for the guest to have the room number printed or emailed to him or her.


You can enable OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN if you have early check-in configured for the property.


Select "Offer Early Check-In" if you have early checkin configured.


Under Registration Card, you can change what is emailed or printed. In the text field, for example, often the WiFi password is entered.

You can enable ON-SCREEN ROOM NUMBER to allow the guest to write down the number before continuing.

Under Primary Authentication, you can set the ways in which the guest can search for their reservation.

From Collect Guest Nationality, the free form country selection allows the guest to search for the country name. There is also an option to show your own country, and other countries from where you often have guests, on top for easy selection.

The OWS GUEST MESSAGES toggle is no longer supported.

In the Credit Card & Payment Options section, you can define what your requirements are regarding the credit status of the guest.

The DISPLAY TERMS & CONDITIONS option will show the Terms & Conditions in a screen and ask the guest to accept them.

In the Add/Update Guest Details section, you can decide what information you want from the guest. Information already available will display and can be edited.

When enabled, the ADD LOYALTY PROGRAMS toggle will show a screen where the guest can select a loyalty program.

When enabled, the COLLECT PASSPORT NUMBER toggle will ask the guest for the passport number. When activated, there is also an option to allow bypassing. This option will then hold free, definable bypass reasons.

Under EXCLUDE PAYMENT TYPES, you can select payment methods that are excluded from check-in via Stayntouch Guest Kiosk. An example would be if the payment method is "Voucher" and it needs to be handed over to you at arrival.


"Exclude Payment Types" can be used to not allow guest to checkin via the Kiosk. An example would be if the payment method is "Voucher" and it needs to be handed over to you at arrival.


Click SAVE CHANGES to apply your changes.


Click the "Save Changes" button to save your changes.
