Stayntouch Guest Kiosk General Settings


To manage Stayntouch Guest Kiosk general settings, navigate to Settings > Kiosk > General.


In the navigation bar, click on "Kiosk."


Select "General" from the Kiosk options.


Under Home screen options, you can select the options that appear on the home screen.


In the Kiosk Settings, click on "Home screen options" Here you can activate the options showing on the home screen.


Enable ACTIVATE BOOKING ENGINE POPUP if you want to show your Internet Booking Engine at the kiosk.


Select "Activate Booking Engine Popup" If you want to show your Internet Booking Engine at the Kiosk.


Enable MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT if you will be supporting multiple languages. Once multiple languages are configured, they will show as options on the home screen.


Click on "Language Support" in the Kiosk Settings. In case you have multiple languages configured they will show as options on the Home screen.


From Station Printer Options, you can select the type of printing you will use. Be mindful that AirPrint is possible, but you need a printer that does not go into power saver mode.

From the Credit Card Entry Method section, you can define the payment processor you are working with. If your provider name does not display here, you can select the first option.

Under Key Creation Method, you can select your key system provider. Use Manual if you do not have a key system integration.

From the Out of Order Threshold section, you can set the number of times the system should verify the iPad is connected to the network before showing an Out of Order screen.

In the Guest ID Scan section, you'll see an option to activate the Samsotec scanner, but this option is no longer available.

Scroll down to the Offline Re-Connect Settings section.

Proceed to the Configurable Images section. Here, you can add a picture of the actual device you are using. If you do not add an image, we will show our default images for this.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the settings.
