Enable Add-Ons For Upsell Via Stayntouch Guest Mobility

To enable add-ons for upsell via Stayntouch Guest Mobility, you'll first need to make sure the add-ons will appear for activation. To check this go to Settings > Rates > Add-Ons.

First we have to make sure the add-ons will appear for activation. To check this go to "RATES."

Select "Add-Ons" from the Rates section.

Find the add-on you want to upsell.

Make sure the Reservation Only checkbox is selected.

Make sure the "reservation only" button is toggled on.

For better upselling, also make sure an image is uploaded. We do recommend using the recommended size as shown; images that are too big can cause the add-on screen to load slower for customers.

Once these two things are done, navigate to Settings > Guest Mobility > Add-Ons.

Select "Add Ons."

Activate the add-ons you want to upsell during the check-in process for the guest.
