Set Up & Manage Direct URL For Stayntouch Guest Mobility

To set up and manage the direct URL for Stayntouch Guest Mobility, navigate to Settings > Guest Mobility > Direct URL.

From here, enable CHECK-IN BY DIRECT URL FROM GUEST SETUP.

Then, enable INCLUDE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the modifications.

Click + ADD NEW to create a new direct URL.

Enter a name in the NAME field under ADD.

Turn on the STATUS toggle.

Enter a URL in the WEB CHECK-IN URL field.

Click SAVE to save the new direct URL entry.

The URL is now created, active, and can be used to include in, for example, the confirmation email to let guests know they will be able to check in online beforehand.

In the DIRECT URLS section, highlight and copy the URL path.

Copy the URL into a new tab to see what the link will look like.
