Stayntouch PMS Configure Stayntouch Guest Mobility Check-Out Settings
To configure Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-out settings, navigate to Settings > Guest Mobility > Check Out.

On the day of check-out, the system can send the dynamic check-out email at two different times on weekdays.

This can also include the late check-out email if this is set up for your property.

It is also possible to set up two different times to send the email on weekends.

Use the dropdown options to specify the time.

There is an option to only send this email to reservations that have a credit card on file. However, this does not need to be enabled. If there is a customer with an open balance without a credit card on file, we will ask for a credit card to settle the bill.

If you want to receive emails when someone has done a web check-out, you can enable WEB CHECK-OUT STAFF ALERT.

You can choose between All or Only when check-out is NOT successful and enter the email addresses that should receive the emails.

If someone has purchased a late check-out, and your housekeeping team does not work with mobile task sheets, it would be a good idea to add housekeeping's email address, so they know when someone has purchased this.

If a direct URL is needed for a web check-out, this can be created here.

If there are items in the room that the customer can add to the bill themselves (such as items from the minibar), GUEST CHARGES can be enabled.

Once enabled, the items you want the customer to be able to select can be dragged and dropped from AVAILABLE ITEMS to ALLOWED ITEMS, so the customer can see these options.


Upon check-out, bill 1 always gets emailed to the guest. The other routed bills do not. If you want those invoices to be emailed to the company or travel agent, the A/R AUTO EMAIL INVOICE toggle can be enabled. It is not recommend to enable this, as they prefer to receive a monthly statement rather then separate invoices.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the modifications.

If you want to send yourself a check-out email to test the check-out flow, you can click SEND CHECK-OUT EMAIL at the top of the screen.

If you have a test reservation in check-out status with an email address, it will show here for you to select, and then you can send yourself the email.
