Add-On Upsell Options

To configure add-on upsell settings, navigate to Settings > Promos & Upsell > Upsell Add-Ons.

In the navigation bar, click on "Promos & Upsell."

Select "Upsell Add Ons" from the options.

Underneath Customize where to upsell Add-Ons to guests, you can activate the options to sell add-ons via Stayntouch Guest Mobility and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk.

Enable Check In using Guest Mobility Web if you want to allow add-on purchase during Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in.

Toggle the switch for "Check In using Guest Mobility Web." if you want to activate the option for guest checking in using in "online".

Enable Check In using Guest Mobility Station if you want to allow add-on purchase during Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-in.

Toggle the switch for "Check In using Guest Mobility Station" to show the addons to guest using the kiosk.

You can also set an email address to which emails are triggered when an add-on is purchased. You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with a semicolon.

Also you can configure an email address where emails are triggered to be send to when an addon is purchased. You can add more email addresses if you separate them with a semicolon.

If you have multiple languages enabled, you can add the translations by selecting the different languages at the top right of the screen.

In case you have languages configured you can added the translations top right in this screen.

You can also choose a Display Order option for upsell add-ons.

In the form, choose the "Display Order" option for the upsell add-ons.

Under Customize the label shown to the guest, you can add your own wording.

In the navigation bar, you see the add-ons available for Stayntouch Guest Mobility and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk if you click on the blue hyperlinks.

From the Add-on default image section, you can upload an image to show if an add-on doesn't have an image yet. Make sure the images you upload are about 200kb in size to prevent screen loading issues.
