
Add-On Upsell Options
To configure add-on upsell settings, navigate to Settings > Promos & Upsell > Upsell Add-Ons.
Underneath Customize where to upsell Add-Ons to guests, you can activate the options to sell add-ons via Stayntouch Guest Mobility and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk.
Enable Check In using Guest Mobility Web if you want to allow add-on purchase during Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in.
Enable Check In using Guest Mobility Station if you want to allow add-on purchase during Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-in.
You can also set an email address to which emails are triggered when an add-on is purchased. You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with a semicolon.
If you have multiple languages enabled, you can add the translations by selecting the different languages at the top right of the screen.
You can also choose a Display Order option for upsell add-ons.
Under Customize the label shown to the guest, you can add your own wording.
In the navigation bar, you see the add-ons available for Stayntouch Guest Mobility and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk if you click on the blue hyperlinks.
From the Add-on default image section, you can upload an image to show if an add-on doesn't have an image yet. Make sure the images you upload are about 200kb in size to prevent screen loading issues.
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the modifications.
