Early Check-In Upsell Options

To configure early check-in upsell settings, navigate to Settings > Promos & Upsells > Upsell Early Check-In.

In the navigation bar, click on "PROMOS & UPSELL."

Select "Upsell Early Checkin" from the options.

To enable early check-in upsells, turn on the EARLY CHECK-IN UPSELL toggle.

Toggle the "Early Checkin Upsell" switch "ON" to enable it.

Click the CHARGE CODE dropdown to select a charge code to post the revenue generated via early check-ins.

Click on the "CHARGE CODE" field to select a chargecode to post the revenue generated via this feature.

Configure start times for early check-in and enter a price for the upsell. In this example, arrivals between 9am and 12pm will be quoted 40 Euros to check in early.

Enter the charge amount in the CHARGE field.

Enter the charge amount as 40.0 in the Early Checkin Upsell section.

Choose the ADD-ON option that is set up for this purpose.

Choose the add-on option that is setup for this pupose.

Optionally, select an ADD-ON FOR FREE EARLY CHECK-IN VIA ZEST STATION (which is Stayntouch Guest Kiosk).

Optionally select an add-on for free early check-in via the Kiosk.

Set the EARLY CHECK-IN TIME END AT to the time you want to stop offering early check-in.

Set the early check-in time to end to the time you want to stop offering early checkin.

Optionally, you can enable free early check-in for VIPs by turning on the FREE EARLY CHECK-IN VIP CODES toggle.

Optionally toggle the switch for "Free Early Check-In" for VIP's.

To set a number of early check-ins allowed per day, enter an amount in the NUMBER OF EARLY CHECK-IN UPSELLS PER DAY field.

Click on the field for "Number of Early Check-In Upsells Per Day".

In the RATE CODE BYPASS EARLY CHECK-IN OFFER section, you can define specific rate codes for which you do not want to offer early check-in.

In the section labeled "Rate Codes Bypass Early Check In Offer" you can define specific rate codes for which you do not want to offer early checkin.

Select a room type from the dropdown under LIMITED EARLY CHECK-IN UPSELL BY ROOM TYPE if you want to restrict specific room types.

Select a room type from the dropdown under "Limited Early Check In Upsell by Room Type" if you want to restrict specific room types.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the updates.

Click the "Save Changes" button to apply the updates.
