Settings & Parameters

To configure your hotel's settings and parameters, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Settings & Parameters.

Click on the menu icon in the navigation bar.

In the sidebar, select "Settings."

In the settings menu, click on "Settings."

In the Hotel Admin panel, select "Hotel & Staff."

Under Hotel & Staff, click on "Settings & Parameters."

Here, you can configure the following options:

You can determine to run the End of Day manually or automatically.
In the EMAIL RECIPIENT FOR EOD REPORTS field, you can enter an email address to which each of the End of Day ledgers (as they are at that moment) are emailed to.

CC BATCH PROCESSING is no longer necessary, as credit card payments are sent to the banks instantly.

From NO SHOW CHARGE CODE, you can select the no show charge code and choose to post the no show automatically.

- The no show charge code and the option to poste the no show automatically.

By enabling DEACTIVATE HK ROOM CHARGE, status changes in the End of Day process.

- De-Activate Housekeeping states change in the End of Day proces.

From CUSTOM GROUP RATE CHARGE CODE, you can set a charge code for group reservations with custom pricing.

The option to CHECK GUEST AUTHORIZATION FOR INTERFACE POSTINGS should not be used anymore. Today, in each reservation, we have an option to determine if posting is allowed or not.

Enabling COLLECT DEPOSIT AUTOMATICALLY AT EOD will automatically process any deposit due on reservations that have a credit card associated.

"Auto Charge" is an option that will process any "Deposit Due" on reservations that have a creditcard associated.

ENABLE MULTIPLE CURRENCIES will allow you to put exchange rates for selected currencies and post these payments in those currencies. Please note, once activated and used, this can no longer be deactivated.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the settings.

Click on "Save Changes" to apply the settings.
