Channel Managers


To connect to a channel manager, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Central Reservation System.


In the navigation bar, click on "Integrations"


The Central Reservation System page shows all CRS Stayntouch PMS connects to. Here, the connection details are configured, and it is possible to manually synchronize availability and rates if requested.

Click BACK to return.


Click "Back" to return.


Then, navigate to Rates > Channel Managers.


In the navigation bar, click on "Rates."


Select "Channel managers" from the rates options.


Here, you'll see all the CRS again. In this section, you can add specific rates and room types per connection.


In the Channel Manager you see all the Central Reservation systems again. In this section you can add specific rates and room types per connection.


When you select a CRS, click + ADD NEW.


In the Channel Manager Rates section, click on "Add New."


Search and select a rate by typing the rate name or rate code.

Select the room types from the Available Room Types list that you want to assign and move them to Assigned Room Types. To assign all room types, click the green > button.


Select the roomtypes from the available room types list that you want to assign. For all room types use the green button.


Click the gray > button to assign only the selected room type.


Or click the right arrow button to assign only the selected room type.
